Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find information about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and policies.

Processing Times

Each item is handmade to order to help reduce overproduction and lower our carbon footprint. Because of this, orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes may impact shipping times.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can help resolve the issue.
